Step Into Relief from Plantar Fasciitis & Tendonitis
Pain with every step shouldn’t be your daily reality.
Whether you’re starting the day with stabbing heel pain or dealing with the lingering soreness of tendonitis, InterX Therapy offers targeted, drug-free relief that restores comfort, mobility, and energy — without surgery or injections.
Targeted Relief for Chronic Heel Pain
Plantar fasciitis can bring daily, persistent pain that disrupts movement and quality of life. Janice Walker, OTR and Founder of InterX Therapy Center, brings deep clinical insight to treating this condition with a full-body approach—not just treating the foot, but addressing connected areas like the calf, spine, and even the face through nervous system pathways.
InterX Therapy uses non-invasive neurostimulation to reduce inflammation, relax tight tissues, and accelerate recovery. Whether it’s a recent injury or long-term pain, InterX can support faster healing and make it easier for patients to stay active—without injections or medication. Watch Janice explain how InterX Therapy targets the root of plantar fasciitis and helps restore movement, comfort, and confidence.
Understanding Plantar Fasciitis and Tendonitis
Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. It occurs when the thick band of tissue that supports your arch becomes inflamed — often from overuse, poor footwear, or underlying biomechanical issues.
Tendonitis is inflammation or irritation of a tendon — typically from repetitive stress — and frequently affects the Achilles, elbow, shoulder, or wrist.
Common symptoms include:
- Stabbing pain in the heel (especially in the morning)
- Swelling or tenderness around joints
- Limited range of motion
- Pain after activity or long periods of rest
- Stiffness or tightness in the foot, ankle, or calf
Conventional treatments often include rest, NSAIDs, cortisone shots, orthotics, and physical therapy — but many patients continue to suffer with recurring flare-ups.

âś” Decreased pain and stiffness
✔Faster healing and restored foot mobility
âś” No medications or invasive procedures
âś” Long-term relief, not just temporary masking
InterX sessions are pain-free and effective on both chronic and treatment-resistant cases.

Clinical Evidence You Can Trust
A 2017 randomized controlled study of 104 patients with chronic plantar fasciitis showed that:
- 90% of patients reported full satisfaction after InterX treatment
- InterX was more effective than shockwave therapy (ESWT) in reducing pain and improving function
- Patients using InterX took fewer NSAIDs daily
- InterX provided superior results in both pain scores and functional mobility
